Purna is a Sanskrit word meaning “complete”. Purna Yoga is a ‘complete’ practice that allows us to embrace all our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs, on and off the mat. A typical class consists of sun salutations, standing postures, backbending and inversions, before completing with Savasana.

Reset and Restore with a group of floor based asanas with the support of props, suitable for all levels. Restorative is a passive style of yoga that offers an invitation into complete and delicious surrender; a place where tight muscles unfurl, cluttered minds clear and emotions re-balance
Stretch and Release
A practice with long holds and a long Savasana to soothe the body. Using a combination of bolsters, blankets and blocks to support you. Learn to connect with your body and acknowledge it’s need for rest and recover. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body, the tendons, fascia, and ligaments, with the aim of increasing circulation in our joints and improving our flexibility. A great compliment to your more active practice.
