Spring is a time to dust off your active wear and make a commitment to yourSELF! The days are becoming longer and the sun is out and the body is ready to shrug off the layers of Winter. A steady practice brings both mental and physical rewards. Learn to treat your body as a temple and recognise the flow of the seasons
From Monday 2nd Sept, until Friday 27th Sept 2019, I encourage you to increase your current yoga practice. If you currently practice 1 a week increase to two, practice 2 times a week increase to 3 and so on.
Map out the classes you plan to attend and hold yourself accountable by signing up online ahead of the challenge.
Daily journal entries are encouraged throughout to stay on track mentally as well.

All levels welcome to take up this challenge. *ALL participants must hold a valid class pass ( 4, 8, 20 ) or membership throughout the challenge
Of course there will be prizes along the way, PLUS a chance to practice in the Great Outdoors near the end of the challenge ( date and location to be advised ) Think outdoors 🙂
