“Purna” means “complete.” Purna Yoga is a complete practice that nurtures all aspects of the being – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, creating both strength and flexibility and an overall sense of wellness, you will leave feeling relaxed and energised.

Reset and Restore

Reset and Restore with a group of floor based asanas with the support of props, suitable for all levels. Restorative is a passive style of yoga that offers an invitation into complete and delicious surrender; a place where tight muscles unfurl, cluttered minds clear and emotions re-balance.

Stretch and Release

A practice with long holds and a long Savasana to soothe the body. Using a combination of bolsters, blankets and blocks to support you. Learn to connect with your body and acknowledge it’s need for rest and recover. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body, the tendons, fascia, and ligaments, with the aim of increasing circulation in our joints and improving our flexibility. A great compliment to your more active practice.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a fun and dynamic movement based yoga class where we focus on pairing fluid movement with breath. In our Vinyasa class we emphasise not just the individual poses but the transition into and out of each pose which creates our “flow.” Many variations are offered so each student gets what they need out of their yoga class and each class is different, this class is perfect for any experience or fitness level.

Staying in the heart of Cheshunt, surrounded by tree capped hills, your weekend away includes sunrise yoga, meditation, healthy meals and quiet time to take in the nearby river and immaculate gardens.

Host for the weekend, Vanessa Ayres ( Ness ) is the founder and Yoga teacher at YogaNess in Albury. Ness discovered her love for all that yoga embodies and encourages all her students to take the time to listen and let go.

Experience all that a yoga retreat has to offer with an open heart and mind, with no expectations and allow your soul to be nourished.

*Comfortable accommodation for 2 nights in a 3/4 share Glamping tent (shared bathroom )

REQUIRE YOUR OWN TENT? We have 2 tents available for retreaters who would prefer their own space ( maybe you snore or know you’re a light sleeper ) At the time of booking please choose the private option for an additional $180

Check-in for all retreat guests from 4:00pm on the first day and check-out is 11:00am on the third day.
