For the longest time I thought it was a real joke that yoga could help your well being. I have just recently started again going once a week and will start 2 or 3 times a week. To say it has helped me is a understatement. My back has never felt better and my mental health is so much better. I wont lie depression and anxiety took me down there for a while, I was not in a great place. When people keep letting you down or dragging you down, it takes its toll. At least once a week I stop, I breathe and just live in that moment. I always know if I miss a class because anxiety takes over.
Cannot recomend YogaNess enough, her classes are amazing! It changed my world! 😍✌

Feb Challenge
This challenge is about the journey – physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This is a challenge to meet you where YOU are, not where you think you should be! It’s a challenge that might surprise you of what you’re capable of. Most of all, it’s a challenge to just get close to feeling into your physical body to feel into the deeper subtle energies as you carry on with it.
From Monday 4th Feb, until Thurs 28th Feb 2019, I encourage you to increase your current yoga practice. If you currently practice 1 a week increase to two, practice 2 times a week increase to 3 and so on. Daily journal entries are encouraged throughout the challenge to stay on track mentally as well.
