Meet Ness
Ness is a seasoned yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience, including a decade of teaching yoga. She found yoga later in life, after the birth of her third child, as a means to combat post-natal depression.
Yoga has become an essential part of her life, helping her to balance family and work commitments while managing her emotions. Ness also integrates her experience as a massage therapist and her interest in shamanic teachings into her yoga practice, offering a holistic approach to wellness.
